The Secret Garden is on Felmoor Park in Northumberland, between Morpeth and Alnwick, and is in a beautiful sunny position. Relax in the comfort of your lovely open plan living space, whilst sitting on the terrace or relaxing in the bubbles of your hot tub.

It’s got everything you could possibly wish for in a lodge holiday, with stylish modern furnishings, designed with your comfort in mind, fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for a self catering holiday, two bedrooms, double and twin, with an en-suite and full family bathroom. There is a sofa bed for 2 additional guests.

As well as all of the essentials to make a great self-catering holiday, The Secret Garden lodge comes with a large flat screen TV, Freeview and a DVD player for excellent evening entertainment or cosy afternoons in front of the living room fire. This is all included in the gorgeous open plan living area which has a lovely cosy feel to it despite being open plan.

With central heating and additional fire, The Secret Garden is a great holiday destination all year round and makes for the perfect base from which to explore everything Northumberland has to offer you. From ancient castles, to beautiful beaches and gorgeous villages. Not to mention, of course, the true welcoming Northumbrian hospitality.

The Secret Garden is on Felmoor Country Park which is a beautiful park in the heart of Northumberland and lies centrally between Morpeth and Alnwick. ?There is a club house and restaurant on site, but no shop so you will need to take groceries with you. ?The nearest shops are in Morpeth and Alnwick

The closest beach provides you with miles and miles of golden sand where your dogs can run free too and is just about 15 mins drive.

The home of Harry Potter is just up the road, in Alnwick Castle and you have other fabulous castles to explore along the coast including Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh, Chillingham, Warkworth and many others.

There are villages that will delight and surprise you and gorgeous pubs, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy some true Northumbrian hospitality.

There are lots of activities such as horse-riding, golf, cinemas, theatres, swimming pools and much much more for the whole family to enjoy.

Myself, wife, and chico our small dog loved the secret garden lodge Alan the host could not have been more helpful.there was a lovely welcome gift of a bottle of wine and a box of shortbread biscuits the lodge had all the accessories required for our stay the only let down was the settee and two chairs ,as they could do with getting replaced as they are not comfortable at all, otherwise our experience at the secret garden was very good and definitely would come back again thank you
