It is important to us, here at Northumbrian Holidays, to make sure your stay in one of our holiday rentals gives you memories that you will cherish for years to come and for this reason we offer you a selection of Holiday Extras.  We always provide you with the best service we can and aim to look after you every step of the way, making your holiday with us that extra bit special.

All of our properties are privately owned and the majority of owners will provide you with a welcome pack including the basics to start your holiday, such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread and biscuits.    We are also able to provide you with extra special welcome baskets or if you have something specific in mind, we can source it for you.

Linen

All beds are fully made up in high quality sheets, pillows and duvets ready for when you arrive.  If you have told us you require the use of a sofa bed, should your accommodation have one, you will find the linen for it in a wardrobe in one of the bedrooms.

We also provide two towels per guest, however, if you have ordered a hot tub for your stay please bring extra towels to use with it as you will not have enough.  Alternatively you can hire bath sheets or bath robes from us. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything that you need for a self catering holiday, including a microwave.

Cleaning

We provide you with washing up liquid, dish cloth, tea towel and spray for the benches.

Welcome Basket

Most of our owners will provide a welcome basket for you on arrival, however, this is purely complementary and is at their discretion.  It does not form part of the cost of your holiday.  An example of a standard basket is shown below but please note this may not be what is actually placed in your accommodation.
