As always, we strive to give our Hemera family the best service we can, looking after our property owners helping them provide the best holiday experience they can and taking care of our guests, finding their perfect holiday.

As part of our continuing quest in providing the best Personal Service we can, we have now introduced the Cancellation Insurance*.

Property Owners can be assured that if a booking is cancelled (and not refilled), for whatever the reason, taking into account they will have no on-costs such as cleaning etc, they will receive 75% payment of their original accommodation income.

As a Guest, if you have to cancel, you are safe in the knowledge that 100% of the cost of your accommodation will be returned.

The cover is automatically included when a booking is made, no extra forms to fill in or intrusive questions asked.

We hope you’ll find that this new automatic inclusion to our booking experience gives you total “Peace of Mind” when allowing us to work with you.
