Woody’s Lodge is a magnificent three bedroom lodge with Wrap around Terrace and Sunken Hot Tub

Our new lodges are simply stunning and Woody’s Lodge is no different, with a large open plan living space, double doors leading to a spacious terrace and sunken hot tub for total privacy, it’s a fantastic place to visit and relax. The decking itself has been designed to provide easy access to the property particularly for those who have pushchairs.

On a lovely Country Park you are close to a huge variety of attractions to satisfy the needs of the most discerning of holiday makers. Spend the days exploring the beautiful golden beaches, take in the picturesque villages, relax in the local establishments, or simply kick back and chill out in your hot tub.

The lodge has central heating, an additional fire in the living area, three bedrooms, one with kingsize bed and en-suite walk in wardrobes plus a double and a set of twin beds. Everything else that you could possibly wish for in a Luxurious Lodge holiday. The open plan layout of the spacious and fully equipped kitchen overlooks the modern dining area and cosy living area.

Woody’s lodge is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac so whether or not you plan to dine al-fresco using the beautiful contemporary furniture, or star gaze whilst in the tub, you are sure to have the perfect relaxing break away.

Bring the family or book up with a group of friends and delight in the natural surroundings of this stunning, peaceful country park retreat. This property is dog friendly and the owners of Woody’s Lodge provide a nice little welcome pack for your pooch. They’ve thought of everything.

Woody's Lodge is on Felmoor Country Park which is a beautiful park in the heart of Northumberland and lies centrally between Morpeth and Alnwick. ?There is a club house and restaurant on site, but no shop so you will need to take groceries with you. ?The nearest shops are in Morpeth.

The closest beach provides you with miles and miles of golden sand where your dogs can run free too and is just about 15 mins drive.

The home of Harry Potter is just up the road, in Alnwick Castle and you have other fabulous castles to explore along the coast including Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh, Chillingham, Warkworth and many others.

There are villages that will delight and surprise you and gorgeous pubs, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy some true Northumbrian hospitality.

There are lots of activities such as horse-riding, golf, cinemas, theatres, swimming pools and much much more for the whole family to enjoy.

Would definitely recommend Woodys lodge gorgeous log cabin excellent location. When we arrived there was balloons for the special birthdays we were celebrating and roses chocolates and Prosecco. We arrived on 14th February so the other touches were for valentines. The cabin was immaculate and hot tub a bonus. Would definitely go back excellent for money.

Woodys lodge was a great choice for a large family with a spacious living area for everyone to gather in lovely settings for walks and a luxury hot tub for evenings when the little ones are in bed. Every little detail has been thought out for your home comforts with a little luxury thrown in . The welcome hamper was a lovely touch we all enjoyed the treats . Once again thank you for helping us make great family memories

Had a fantastic weekend at woodys lodge for my friends 40th birthday. Lodge itself was lovely, clean and very homely. Hotub was great spent a lot of time in there. Lovely views. Couldn't fault it will definitely be back again. Only thing I would say about the site is no shop so if you forget anything it's a drive to the nearest shop that is not close by. Had tea at the pub on site food was great very tasty and large portions. Definitely be back again.

Everything was perfect we had a lovely peaceful time great having a hot tub a welcome sight after a day out. The only downside was the bin and recycling area it was very poor rubbish all over the floor and because there are a lot of dogs on holiday with their owners the dog bins need emptying frequently we had to ask twice if the one near us could be emptied as it was overflowing.

We recently spent a week at Woody's Lodge, booked through Hamera Holidays. The company were excellent, providing clear and easy instructions and were very professional through out. The lodge was lovely, providing comfortable accommodation and the hot tub was great. It was serviced every day by friendly staff. The outside area was brilliant with 2 options for seating and dining. Being just off the A1 everywhere was easily accessible for days out to explore the wonderful attractions of Northumberland. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Thank you for a lovely stay that was well worth waiting for (it was delayed by 2 years due to the pandemic). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but I hope the following will be helpful. We brought two boys with us who were planning on using the sofa bed - this had been arranged prior. However no bedding or towels were provided as this had been missed - Michael was lovely though and quickly brought them round when I called. Also, although advertised to cater for 8 there really aren't sufficient cooking utensils (only 7 dinner plates and the saucepans were far too small) and dining chairs (when I queried it was suggested we used the breakfast bar stools - these were too high for the dining table though!!). We previously stayed at Pinewood Lodge and I do think this better catered for our needs. Woody's Lodge looked a little "tired" and the decking is in need of some attention. It would have been helpful to have been informed prior to our stay that barbecues are no longer permitted. Nevertheless we had a great time thank you and we hope to be back!
