Woodfarm House is a beautiful 500-year-old thatched Suffolk farmhouse with four bedrooms, three luxurious bathrooms sleeping a total of seven comfortably. Suitable also for toddlers and children.
As you enter Woodfarm House from the large front garden, you will find a very welcoming, comfortable living room with an inglenook fireplace, lots of seating and even a separate snug with more sofas. On the other side of the hallway is a formal dining room painted in Farrow & Ball ‘Eating Room Red’ giving an opulent dining atmosphere, there is also another inglenook fireplace in this room.
A long hallway leads to the large farmhouse fully equipped style kitchen with Aga cooker, kitchen table and chairs and separate pantry. The useful downstairs toilet and shower room is off to the side of the kitchen/breakfast room. You can reach the first floor via two different stairs – one leads into a bedroom and the other one to the upstairs landing.
Upstairs there is a King size master bedroom with en-suite, a double bedroom and a third bedroom which has up to 3 single beds. There is also a futon that can be used in the landing room if needed and games galore! A separate second bathroom can be found upstairs and both have ‘ball and claw’ footed roll top baths.
Outside there is a sunny enclosed kitchen garden and BBQ area with plenty of space to run around or relax in the outdoors. For a perfect family holiday or friend’s reunion, Woodfarm House is an idyllic place to be
