Seagulls Studio can be found in an elegant Edwardian Terrace, just 30 seconds walk from the stunning seafront of Bridlington.
It’s spacious and modern and ideal for those with mobility issues. In the centre of Bridlington, a traditional seaside resort of the East Coast of Yorkshire, it’s superbly situated on the Crescent overlooking the beach.
It’s a one bedroom Studio which has recently refurbished to a high standard. Sleeps up to 4 with a sofa bed in the living area. You will find contemporary artwork throughout and it’s fully fitted with everything you need for a home away from home holiday.
Perfect for a couple looking, family or few friends, to escape to a beautiful beach town on the doorstep of the quaint little villages and country scenes of Yorkshire, or if you need somewhere to stay for business it available for longer lets.
Well behaved pets are welcome to join you free of charge too.
With full central heating it’s an all year round holiday and during the warmer days, an ideal UK traditional seaside holiday.

General: Seagulls Studio is a ground floor apartment in the centre of Bridlington, which sleeps 4.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with full size oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Sufficient crockery and cutlery is available. The basics such as dishcloths, washing up liquid, tea, coffee are all provided, in addition to store cupboard essentials. The kitchen is extensively stocked and you should find everything you need.
Dining: Dining table and chairs to seat 4.
Living: The living area is light and airy, the décor is modern, and contemporary artwork make it feel home from home. Facilities include Flat screen TV, DVD player and discs, Freeview, CD/MP3 player. Spare John Lewis Bed-in-a-box. This is essentially a bed settee mechanism in a pouffe, and allows the new sofas to be used whilst people sleep or relax in bed. Quilts and pillows are provided.
Bedrooms: There is one double bedroom, on a mezzanine, raised from the main living area and curtained for privacy. The bed is made ready for your arrival.

Bathrooms: The shower room has a good sized walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Suitability: A family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. A long term business stay.

Bridlington town centre is very compact, with many independent shops, butchers and bakers in addition to the usual chains and a small department store, Boyes. There are numerous shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, amusement arcades, bingo, cinema, leisure centre, theatre etc all less than a five minute walk away.
Bridlington Spa has an excellent variety of entertainment, from West End shows to top name song and dance acts, comedy and plays, and regular tea dances.
Bridlington is a very traditional seaside resort, with an active harbour which catches a substantial percentage of the country’s shellfish, specialising in crab and lobster.
It has several boat excursions to choose from, all less than a five minute walk away. Regular bird spotting trips to Flamborough and RSPB Bempton Cliffs are available, in addition to short and long fishing trips, speedboats and a pirate ship. Puffin sightings are virtually guaranteed in season.
Nearby attractions include Sewerby Hall (via land train) with zoo, model village, Danes Dyke and a Bird of Prey Centre. Flamborough is stunning, with cliff walks, and a lighthouse to visit.
Nearby towns and activities
Scarborough is England’s first seaside resort, and is relatively unchanged. It’s just a 40 minute drive away, with excellent bus and rail links. There’s a new outdoor water park to try in addition to two beautiful bays overlooked by Scarborough Castle.
Filey (20 mins drive) and Whitby (1 hour 10 mins), the home of Dracula, are both must-do’s along the coast to the north, with Robin Hoods Bay and Staithes very popular along the route.
York is just over an hour away, and there are the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and hour away in addition to the Yorkshire Wolds Railway 35 mins away. The stunning Yorkshire Coast has fabulous cliffs and beaches to explore on foot or by car.
