Blacksmith's cottage is in a beautiful location just outside of Shilbottle, Northumberland. It's a stunning cottage with large terrace and landscaped gardens and lovely views.
It's a delightfully converted stone cottage with easy access to the A1 and is ideally situated to visit an outstanding area of beauty, including Alnwick Castle, the home to the Duke of Northumberland, Alnwick Gardens and the famous Treehouse Restaurant. It's close to amazing beaches including Druridge Bay, Alnmouth and the quintessential village of Warkworth. There are bars and restaurants close by and an abundance of wildlife on your doorstep making, it a delightful base from which to explore the area.
After a day out exploring you will be returning to a wonderfully presented home away from home, with contemporary furnishings and the comfort of your log burner.
Relax in the comfort of the leather sofa's and pop the log burner on for a cosy evening indoors.
The kitchen is a large kitchen diner with Television and large dining table with french doors leading to the patio, providing a lovely space for alfresco dining in the summer - simply kick back relax and take in the peaceful surroundings and stuning scenery from dusk to dawn.

The Northumbrian Heritage Coastline is stunning with miles and miles of golden sand and you are in between the villages of Warkworth and Alnmouth, where again you will find cafe's, shops and restaurants.
There are castles, lovely coatal villages and much more to explore within a half hour drive. You also have Hadrian's Wall, the vibrant city of Newcastle and the market towns of Morpeth and Hexham within an hour's drive.
The perfect location of this stunning country cottage make it a fantastic base from which to explore everything that the area has to offer.
