Relaxing stay! by Colin Noon

Ben Bheula is a very well presented property in a great location with amazing views of Loch Long. Two great social spaces, the sitting room and the conservatory, allow larger groups to find their own area to relax and chat without living on top of each other. The kitchen, utensils, glasses and crockery are plentiful and the kitchen knives are sharp (ok, a small point but it’s amazing how many times they are only capable of bruising rather than cutting ) Bedrooms are comfortable and en-suites/bathrooms are clean. Linen including towels are of good quality. Outside space is good too, with a nice patio to the front, again with loch views. The road is quite nearby but didn’t bother us at despite it being quite busy. Food in the Village Inn was really good but the takeaway pizza (and seasoned fries) from Cu Mara Bistro are amazing! All in all an excellent stay in a fabulous location where you can do as much or as little as you like.
