Woody’s Retreat is a beautiful 2 bedroom holiday home complete with an extended terrace and a sunken hot tub

Woody’s Retreat is a modern spacious holiday home, with a large open plan kitchen and a bright airy living/dining area. The owners have simply thought of everything to make sure your holiday is as relaxing as can be. A coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods, fully equipped kitchen, large flat screen TV, reclining leather sofa and sky TV are just a few of the luxuries that are available.

Woody’s Retreat welcomes your pets, up to two dogs (small fee payable). Doggy welcome packs are provided along with feeding bowls.

It has two bedrooms, the master with en-suite, an open plan living area leading onto a large decked terrace for you to sit and relax whilst enjoying the peace and tranquillity of your surroundings. The property now boasts an extended terrace with a large deluxe hot tub which is sunken into the decking area. Additional seating area has been added which now completes the holiday home.

Each bedroom has a TV with built in DVD player and the master also has a walk-in Wardrobe and en-suite.

Woody’s Retreat can be found on a lovely Country Park, which is a small country park in Northumberland in between Morpeth and Alnwick. You are close to all of the fantastic sights that Northumberland has to offer, including beautiful golden beaches, ancient castles and monuments, quaint little villages and vibrant market towns. It’s a great base to explore hidden Northumberland.

For larger groups, or families holidaying together the lodges nearby are The Cheviot and Skye View, both of which sleep up to six guests and are also dog friendly, Or Silver Birch sleeps 4.

Woody's Retreat is on Felmoor Country Park which is a beautiful park in the heart of Northumberland and lies centrally between Morpeth and Alnwick. ?There is a club house and restaurant on site, but no shop so you will need to take groceries with you. ?The nearest shops are in Morpeth.

The closest beach provides you with miles and miles of golden sand where your dogs can run free too and is just about 15 mins drive.

The home of Harry Potter is just up the road, in Alnwick Castle and you have other fabulous castles to explore along the coast including Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh, Chillingham, Warkworth and many others.

There are villages that will delight and surprise you and gorgeous pubs, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy some true Northumbrian hospitality.

There are lots of activities such as horse-riding, golf, cinemas, theatres, swimming pools and much much more for the whole family to enjoy.

Had a great time again site is great and the lake is lovely great walks with the dog Highley recommend the zoo next to the camp great value the the spa was fantastic 10 min drive to the coast best coast line in England cannot wait to book again welcome pack was a nice touch cannot fault it

We enjoyed a lovely week in the above accommodation. We had everything we needed and it was so comfortable. The only thing we felt needed to be brought to your attention is the main bathroom shower needed to be cleaner and the water container in the fridge had black mould which prevented us from using it. We filled plastic water bottles to obtain cold drinking water.

Loved Woodys Retreat. Its our third stay at Felmoor park and our first at Woodys Retreat. Were already planning our return visit. Fantastic lodge. It was like a home from home. Sky TV with movies and sports was very much appreciated. The hot tub was fantastic and the location of the lodge was super close to the Crazy Horse Saloon. Beds were so comfortable as were the sofas. We have stayed at Woodys Retreat a number of times and never been disappointed. It is very comfortable and welcoming and Mel and her Father are so helpful. This is always our 1st choice.
