On arrival We noticed there were no outdoor chairs but within hours Zoe had sorted this out which was amazing service , thank you . No dishwasher but for a few days was fine !! Location just perfect but no security on entrance gate so anyone can drive in or out at anytime of the day ! Our weather was great so enjoyed the fun of the hot tub , the size of the accommodation for two couples was perfect and so well equipped with good quality bedding and towels , the area was perfect for walking locally though no local shops or pubs, But amazing villages and beaches a short drive away with larger shops in Alnwick close by , a stunning area to visit.

We had a great stay at the lodge for 3 nights. We were lucky to get decent weather in the evenings to use the hot tub, which was great. The lodge was super clean, comfortable beds and sofas. Both bedrooms are en suite, one with a bath tub and one with a shower. The kitchen had everything we needed and bath towels were provided. We only had to bring our own cooking essentials and toiletries. The lodge had WiFi which was a bonus as on air bnb it said that WiFi wasn't available. It was in a lovely, peaceful location and tourist attractions/ things to do were just a short drive away. We loved it. Thank you for having us. We would definitely recommend this lodge and would love to stay there again.

Location brilliant great views , nice quiet site , amazed with the number of lodges on site . Whin fell could do with some updating . Carpet looking very tired , dirty patchs in lounge area . Bar stool top all ripped , only3 dinning chairs but a 4 berth static Hot tub got rather frothy when used , not sure if hot water from boiler should be used to fill it .
