Tucked away down a private road, just a 4 minute walk to the local shops, and only a 15 minute walk to the Rock Sailing & Waterski Club, white sandy beaches and St Enodoc Golf Course – you can enjoy all that Seamist and Rock have to offer on foot.

Padstow can be reached from the Rock Ferry where you can dine out on anything from fish & chips to sumptuous European, British contemporary cuisine. The ferry takes just under 30 minutes to cross and there is also a water taxi running during the summer evenings.

Sloeberry is a modern lodge with luxurious comfort. it’s for 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms, the master have both en-suite shower and walk in wardrobe. There is a hot tub for your personal use and a wrap around terrace with lovely views over the duck pond. It’s on the edge of Percy Woods Country Park, one of the most beautiful holiday parks in the area, with woodland walks from your doorstep and lots of wildlife including deer and red squirrels.
