Percy Wood Get Away has a lovely open plan living space with a modern stylish kitchen, dining table for four and comfy sofa that converts to a sofa bed so sleeping a maximum of 8 guests. The open plan living areas means you can all enjoy time together. It really has something for the whole family, with a master bedroom plus two extra twin rooms, walk in shower, toilet and vanity basin. With a hot tub you can really relax and unwind. There is outside furniture compromising of table, chairs and a parasol.

The property is set on “Woodside” in the beautiful setting of Percy Wood Golf and Country Retreat, home to lots of wildlife including Roe Deer and the elusive red squirrels in 180 acres of parkland. Backing onto a small woodland and just a short walk to woods and golf course this is a perfect place for total relaxation.

The cozy lounge has a flame effect fire and a flat screen tv is perfect for chilling out on the large comfy corner sofa watching Netflix. There is a modern grey kitchen with an open plan dining area seating four people. There are ample units in the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, oven, gas hob and microwave. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, and two twin bedrooms all with ample storage space with fitted wardrobes and drawers.
