Personal service is at the core of everything we do at Hemera Holidays

Each member of the team works closely and there is no hierarchy

As customer focus is at the core of everything we do, we also believe that no member of the team is more important than another. We work flexibly and give each team member the time they need for their personal life, making their work enjoyable and enabling a special relationship not only with each other but guests and owners alike.

Louise Drewitt is the lady who deals with the day to day communication with guests and owners, so it is likely you will speak to her first. A local Northumbrian, she knows what there is to do in the area, the best places to visit and prides herself on helping each and every guest who contacts her.

Gillian Valentine, is our Scottish partner. Her range of Scottish holidays are gorgeous with everything from one bedroom log cabins to large stately buildings that sleep up to 16 guests. She covers a large area of Scotland and her attention to detail is second to none, enabling her to provide an exceptional service to both guests and owners.

Kateryna (Kate) Halkina has joined the team from Ukraine. She is here living with Wendy and as a digital marketing expert has lightened the marketing load, enabling the team to bring it in-house and expand their diverse team and range of skills. You will see Kate around the Social networks, so please stop and say hello to welcome her to the country and the team.

Wendy Taylor started the business in 2014 and has successfully grown its size and reputation. She loves what she does and is empowered by making guest’s dreams a reality. A character in herself, she has built the company through her personality and ability to clearly understand both the guests’ and owner’s needs.

Her latest venture is to provide management to holiday let owners who need somebody to look after every aspect of their property. Having built up solid relationships with local trades this was a natural next step to offering a full and exceptional experience for holiday makers and the owners of the properties.
